Sadie and the Untamed Shakespeare ladies are looking to put on a production, so if you have a great idea for an all female Shakespeare piece get in touch, we want to hear from you! August 17 – Guess who's got her running shoes out again? That's right, Sadie is once again going the distance on behalf of Refuge. Check out my widget down there, to donate! August 12-14 – Do you like it wild? Of course Ms. Wilde does, which is why she's at the Wilderness Festival. Sadie is joining Theatre Workout to do some kids workshops and some pop up Shakespeare. Go on, go wilde! July 19 – Did you know that Sadie does voice overs? It's true. Not only can you hear samples of her work on this very website, but you can also find her at voices pro. She recently was cast for an upcoming feature Emergency as the voice of an emergency telephone operator. She'll let you know more about it when it is released! June 30 – Congratulations to Actors' Creative Team, Sadie's agent. They've just finished celebrating 10 years in the business and Sadie has just finished 2 years with them! She and her writing partner Adam have a few changes to make still, but get in touch if you are interested! March 4 - Sadie isn't much of a runner, but you wouldn't know it. She is going for another 10K. This time not for her or Shakespeare, but for the British Heart Foundation. If you'd like to help out with a small donation, check out the link to your right! Sadie and her heart thank you in advance March 1 - Sadie hasn't just been Zombie Gut Sucking or dressing up like a man. She's been writing a sitcom with Adam Stevens. On 14th of April, that sitcom is having a reading at the Actors' Centre. So, if you want to know what Sadie thinks is funny, get in touch and reserve a place at the reading. Seats are very limited, so please contact her directly for a space. (It's free by the way). February 15 - Sadie spent all morning getting made up as a man and all afternoon removing her beard! Untamed Shakespeare had an incredible photoshoot at St Mary Magdalene Church. One of the founders of Critical Mass Theatre Company, Sarah has an awesome CV. She will help Untamed Shakespeare cast two Iranian artist for Measure for Measure, to shed new light on age old themes. We can't wait! http://www.newbluebox.com/SarahChew January 9 - Sadie's new theatre company, Untamed Shakespeare, is making plans for their first production. Untamed Shakespeare is an all female company bringing intelligent and entertaining Shakespeare to a theatre near you! Our first show, touring this Autumn, is Measure for Measure. Keep checking back for more information. December 18 - I Suck Your Guts has had to cancel a second shoot due to snow. The film should have been completed before Christmas, but the gods thought snow was prettier than Zombie guts. Go figure. November 20 - Sadie did it! Slowly but surely she completed the Shakespeare 10 K. Speaking of Shakespeare...watch this space. Sadie is forming a new theatre company, more to follow soon! October 10 - We had a huge Zombie weekend at The Arc in Caterham. I Suck Your Guts spent all weekend filming outside and got lots of great footage. Thanks to everyone for all their donations to Refuge. Sadie's next run will be in November, but this time it isn't for charity, it's for vanity. She's never run 10K before, can she do it? August 13 – Sid Sabbath Films Ltd. commissioned Sadie to write I Suck Your Guts, a time travelling zombie flick! Filming started on Friday the 13th and it is gory! Keep checking out the site for more info! July 31 – Post-nuclear survival anyone? Sadie has started filming Rising Sun with director Damon Driver and Out There Films. She is portraying Dr. Karen Patria and loving it. She can't wait to film the helicopter scene! July 19 – Suspension, a devised theatre event was performed at the Anatomy Theatre. The culmination of weeks of work directed by Amanda Zuckman, Suspension, explored themes of technology and connection. Entirely improvised, it was Sadie's cup of tea! July 8 – 9 – Sadie filmed an educational film for Protopic and got to work with an exceptional director! Susanah Hayes was amazing and has given Sadie some great tips for screen acting. Well you should check out this link http://www.colourtelly.com/ Sadie recently filmed some sketches for Colour Telly's 'Dramas and Dilemmas'' Series. Keep checking back to see when they are up! June 13 – Sadie has started filming a webseries, Crouchenders, with director Tony Hickson. Keep your eyes out for this tongue and cheek soap on computer near you.... June 8 – 9 – Sadie has just returned from a flying visit to Spain with Shakespeare 4 Kidz. Sadie is used to delivering Shakespeare workshops to young people around England but was lucky enough to make the journey for a quick day of workshops in Madrid. The kids were great and she hopes to continue her work further afield. May 15 – Despite several dramas behind the scenes Usher by Grigory Ryzhakov had a successful run at the Baron's Court Theatre. Congratulations to director Sam Milsom who had to take on the lead role at the last minute. What an experience. April 23 – In celebration of the Bard's birthday Sadie and several other actors braved the elements and performed in a Shakespeare Marathon. Shakespeare did indeed Happen! Sadie played the role of Brutus in Coriolanus and Chiron in Titus Andronicus in staged readings at The Scoop. Director Arne Pohlmeier was a joy and I hope to do it again soon. April 13 – Sadie will be performing in Shakespeare Happens: A Marathon. On Shakespeare's birthday (23rd of April) As part of these stage readings, I'll be bringing Coriolanus (10am) and Titus Andronicus (7pm) to life at the Scoop http://www.london-se1.co.uk/places/scoop/map. This marathon of Roman and History plays is free of charge, so rock up. Have your lunch with a little culture or take me out for a drink after my second show! March 30 – Do you like new writing? Well Sadie does! That's why she is thrilled to be taking part in CP Theatre Production's New Writing Season. Show opens on the 11th of May and Sadie can't wait to see you at Baron's Court! March 12 – Sadie's voice work on the amazing project: The People is up for an award at The Can Festival in Toronto! February 1 – Nomadic Films' entry into the National 48 Hour Film Competition won an award! Sadie had a great time and you can still see her in this short piece at www.nomadicfilms.com/48HOURS January 17 – Last year Sadie recorded some poetry and you can check out the project at blipstation. This is a totally different look at interactive art and I hope it will exhibit at an art gallery near you soon! December 8 – Sadie performed her last gig with Amy Butterworth. They performed as a double act for over two years achieving much success. Sadie wishes Amy much luck with the future of her career. Keep your eyes here to see what Sadie will be doing next... November 28 – The Legend of Tuck Bushman and Piddledown Dale enjoyed a successful premier at the Hyde Park Picture House in Leeds. Sadie had a great cameo as Janet Pratt-Queue.
